As part of our ongoing development we're looking at incorporating video into web pages for a whole range of reasons.
With more and more people getting broadband, video is beginning to make sense for a lot of web sites. And I can see it (video & audio) being of great use to a lot of sites now and in the future.
Although, thats only on the front page. I see a big black box instead of the flash video on this page: http://www.tailored.com.au/2005/05/video-example.htm
I guess thats because you've linked it as such: "./justin00.swf" rather than as an absolute link ("/justin.swf").

Always the problem with stuff like this - different connections, different browsers, etc.
It plays okay for me in Firefox 1.0.
