My Best Work

My Best Work

Hello. Recently I've done some of my best work - work that I completed quickly and work that has been very effective.

Another time I remember doing my best work was when I completed the marketing for my brother's business. It was great to watch his business explode because of some pretty simple strategies we employed.

So What Gets The Best Work?

That's easy. In both the above examples the person trusted me entirely and just said "Do whatever you think is best."

But that's the tricky thing - very few people will trust someone else to do their marketing with a free hand.

My Advice

My advice is to employ the person you think would be best and then let them get on with what they do best. easier said than done of course, but maybe we can water it down a little to say "Employ the best person and give them as much free rein as possible."
