How To Get Fit
I am so unfit at the moment it defies belief. It's remarkable that I can walk up the stairs to the office without collapsing!
So I thought I'd better do something about it.
I just went off and joined a gym today. Living Well here on the Gold Coast.
3 Step Plan
That was step 1.
Step 2 was to write myself out a plan of exercise to follow (I tend to do it if it's written down).
Step 3 is to start a Food Diary (did you know that people who keep a written account of what they eat are far more likely to eat better and lose weight?)

In just weeks I'll be Superman again!
It's The Same In Business
It's the same in business. Have a plan. Document it. Then do it. Just like losing weight or getting fit, the results will come in small improvements but when you add it all up at the end of 3 months those little things now equal a big change.
Cheers. I'm off to buy a pie for morning tea.......just kidding! It's sultanas for morning tea.
