We're currently changing a few things with this web site in an effort to make it better - more interesting and with more relevant content.
# 1: I often get asked about the web site I read, the books I read, what resources I use to find out the info that we quote, etc. To address that I've changed the about me page to reflect some of that information.
You'll see lists of my favourite web sites, favourite blogs and more. There will be plenty of links to the resources I use amongst other things (including free e-books and white papers).
# 2: A lot of people find this web site through searches. That is someone might be searching for "seo book review". From there they find these results - we're listed in those.

Sometimes We Don't Have The Information
Sometimes we don't have the information that visitors are searching for. So what we've done is added Google Adsense to our articles pages.

How It Works
How it works is this - Google looks at what it thinks the page is about. Then it displays ads relevant to that page.
So the above example page is about customer service - but in it I mention tents a few times.
So the ads shown are relevant to tents.
If they can't find what's on our page then they might find something relevant in the ad.
Of course there is also the issue that the ads generate income for this site.
