Those Pesky Bloody Customers!There's that old joke about "This would be a great business if it wasn't for all our annoying customers!"
Here's the reason this business (in the Frequent Asked Questions bit) doesn't accept phone orders (hat tip to Seth Godin for writing about it first):
"Unfortunately, we can no longer take phone orders. Customers forget to tell us something and after the order is placed and processed they claim we wrote down incorrect information.
By placing an order online we have a record of exactly what you want, especially for custom-designed items, leaving no room for error."
So there!
Geez, the only thing I thought was that they must be doing incredibly well from their online sales to be able to do that.
