Getting The Bad Service I Expect
I bought a decent video camera (Canon) about 8 months ago. 3 weeks ago, Tina couldn't open it to get the tape out.So off it went to get fixed. 3 weeks ago. They said it would be 3 weeks. We rang today - 3 1/2 weeks.
The Canon rep said it would be another 3 weeks away.
That's a 6 week wait for what I assume would be a 30 minute repair job.
How come we let companies get away with that? I guess it's because we expect the service to be crap.
All they're really doing is meeting the expectation.
