Vitamins And Dietary Supplements (Or Eat Right)A mate asked me yesterday how much training I do to be able to do the Noosa Triathlon.
I swim 2 km a day and either cycle 50 km or run 10 km.
It ends up under 2 hours a day - I mentioned to him that getting the right vitamins and dietary supplements intake (whether in his diet or from a chemist) was the first step in getting healthy.
Once you're eating right, slowly introduce exercise into the equation and in 4-5 weeks you'll be amazed at your fast and healthy weight loss.
Once you have the weight loss, the exercise is incredibly easy (you're so much stronger and fitter and lighter).
Why not start today?
- no beer,
- no crap food,
- drink water and
- go for a 10 minute jog or a swim.
I have this theory about fat people - they're quite happy to be fat, otherwise they'd do something about it.
If you don't want to be fat do something about it.

Seriously though, you're right - if I want to lose the belly, it takes discipline. Just like business. (See, I made the connection!;))
Yes Stuart - should have said not people with medical conditions like hypo thyroid.
But many people - I like my theory!
