Thanks for the nice words, Brendon. I still have some mixed emotions about MBL but i thought I'd give it another spin ... and I was really surprised by who showed up at my tiny piece of the 'net.

I tend to be snarky and a bit hard to deal with at times, I surely can't change that overnight, but adding a little warmth and respect can't hurt anything, can it.

year ago, before it became overdone and trite, in The USAF where I served a lot of years it was a tradition for an office or a maintenance shop to have sign over their door that said something like: "Through These Portals pass The Most Important People, Our Customers"

Perhaps the idea is now so old that it's new again?
