TENS Machine One Of Many Aids
I set off on Friday morning to fly down to Sydney to start my charity bike ride.
I have a ton of clients who have helped out with support - sponsorship cash and products. Just yesterday Peter, who sells TENS machines online, called in to offer me the use of one of his pain relief machines for the trip.
I used to use TENS machines on patients years ago when I worked in hospitals and they work by sending out an electrical impulse to stimulate the part of the body that needs stimulating.
They're fantastic for pain relief - especially back pain.
