Some good thoughts on this one, Brendon. Indeed an awful lot of businesses don't grasp the real value of mobility, even when they are forced to have people on the road. the mobile part of the business is seen only as a "necessary evil" rather than a potential profit center. Often, the profits from the mobile portion of a business don't 'steal' from the fixed base part of the operation, but instead become "found money" that adds on to existing profit. Think outside the four walls as well as thinking outside the box.

(and then manage the mobile resources with business mapping software and GPS tracking, which is, of course, another subject *smile*)
