How To Do A Survey
I was thinking today.......I do it occasionally ;o)
Yesterday I was speaking with a client about surveys and the most effective way to get them done.
When I say "effective" I don't mean getting the most done in the shortest period of time.
I mean "effective" across a whole range of criteria that includes:
- useful information
- detailed information
- opportunity to build the relationship
- and much more
- In person
- Via the phone
- Via email/web site
- Via mail
Remember, reward the person who has helped you out by doing your survey. But don't make it such a great reward that it skews your results.
