Oh The Irony!

I ran a 5km fun run race on the weekend with my wife and sons.

At the 3km mark I tore my calf muscle.

At the presentations after, one of the Lucky Door Prizes was a free consult with a physio.

And yep, I won that.

And now for stuff that really is ironic.

My wife never irons clothes, in fact it is a prerequisite that any clothes bought has to not need ironing.
She doesn’t enter many raffles but one she did enter she won, you guessed it – an iron. :)

Mate I know the problem. I tore my soleus 2 weeks ago myself. At least you now have an excuse for the boys and the wife beating you!
