Yes, of course it is. I’m not sure of the legal issues but it’s a gimme. Kid’s mowing neighbours lawns, etc. No difference to mowing lawns or running a web business.

It’s 14 yrs and 9 months for employment with businesses.

Jack’s lucky he got to 13 befoire starting work. He’s a really small kid and would have made an excellent chimney sweep, except we live in a sub-tropical climate and there are no chimneys!
