Greetings! Hello and welcome to the June edition of Tailored News. In this month's edition we'll take a look at the thing every customer wants to know and how you can win more business by giving it to them. It's a simple technique that works wonders. And did you know that we're ranked by Google.com.au as the world's best web designer? Exciting, huh?! Well, actually no - read on for more. And finally, I've put together our most popular 3 articles from our web site. Happy reading. Brendon Sinclair
When we're off selling our services - whether they be web development, marketing, whatever - the most important thing to do is demonstrate the value we can bring to the client. Because only then can the client make a true cost benefit analysis of the service we're offering. So, am I really the world's number 1 ranked web designer?
Here on the Gold Coast, Australia, the 3 major FM radio stations have just been surveyed to see who has the audience share in the various categories. The results were very clear cut:
Hot Tomato is the newest station here and has had a pretty poor result. There is a 'honeymoon' period when a new station comes on air - many people will have a listen to see if they like them and then switch over if they like what they hear. When people tried Hot Tomato, they switched back pretty quickly to gold or Sea FM....
I've just checked the statistics for the highest viewed articles on the Tailored web site and here are the results: The worst customer service - Typical! - Takes you through some ideas for better customer service. Why, oh why, do people spend 4-5 years at university, but they can't get a job? - This was our most controversial article - it's since been reproduced on numerous web sites. Simple Steps To Web Site Success - Details what really makes a successful site.
