Take the Tour with Tailored...
Let us help you put a place to a name by taking you on a quick tour of our office location. We are on the beautiful Gold Coast of Australia, located in Queensland's South East Corner. Today's date is 12 July 2004...the middle of Winter.

This is our view North. Well...not quite but we can only dream! The beach (Pacific Ocean) is only 100 metres from our office so I guess we are quite lucky. The large hill you can see is Burleigh Heads and beyond that, hidden in the sea mist, is Surfers Paradise 18km away. The ocean swell has just started to pick up and there are a few surfers about this morning.

This is the view to the South. I am taking these photos from a small wooden deck that has steps leading down onto the sand. The rock formations you can see in the distance is Currumbin Alley. The rock heads the entrance to Currumbin Creek. Go further South 7 min and you'll come to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, the New South Wales boarder.

Ok, let's spin around and look up Palm Beach Ave. We'll walk up 75 metres to the intersection of Palm Beach Ave and the Gold Coast Highway (you can see our building - it's the brown one to the right of the trees in the middle of the photo).
It's 9:30am, in the middle of winter and look at how perfect the day is. By the way, these image have not been edited in any way, shape or form...the Gold Coast really is paradise!

We are at the intersection and are looking diagonally across to our office block.
We share the top floor with a few other businesses and underneath there is a Coffee shop, Bakery, Domino's Pizza, Photo/Camera shop, Real Estate agency, Hairdresser etc.

Just a little closer now and you can see our offices. We are on the top level to the right of what is a Domino's Pizza sign.
Directly below our office is a bus stop.
Brendon's office is the one with the blue blinds. The office next to his (next to the Dominos Pizza sign) is the boardroom.

Here is the front entrance to our offices. We have our business name and details on the door to make life easier for our clients.
We are almost there...let's head through the door, up the stairs and in through the door on the left.

First impressions are everything!
It's true...but we may need to focus a little more on ours! We've talked about painting the wall dark blue and mounting the business name in silver metal letters but would the outlay result in more clients??
We don't tend to get many clients through the door. Most often we have the initial meeting at the clients location so we can learn more about their business.
So for now this is our first impression... down to earth, not too fancy and spending our money on providing better services for our clients.
And just around to the left...

The man himself...Brendon Sinclair. Hard at work as always.
As you can see Brendon is a well-read chap. One of his personal favorites is the large orange books you can see, third shelf down. Brendon keeps a copy or two in the office for when he tell new clients he's an author he has something to stop the laughter...
Oh...and the bikes just for show...the only thing it's been doing for the past 6 months is collecting dust and cob webs!!
So that's our office and our location. Here is one last photo of the brag wall for you to look at if you missed Brendon's blog. Our brag wall contains testimonials from happy clients. It's quite a discussion point with new clients. They love to see who we've worked for and a positive testimonial only increases our perceived expertise. There's another brag wall opposite.
