Threesome ....why they are the best

I've always liked threesomes. Make no mistake about it. They've been a favourite of mine for years.

In this article I'll talk about the power of threesomes and then some. Are you ready? Here goes......

To write a good article you need to be informative, entertaining and a little outlandish.

If you are provocative, controversial and even outrageous then you'll attract a readership.

Those last 2 lines are good. I like them, along with the heading, a lot.

Writing stuff that gets read

Firstly, let's look at the heading. I'd be willing to guess that you the "threesome" word aroused some interest in you because of it's association with 3 people involved in sex. I know how your mind works.....and I'm telling your mother!

And that sex assumption equated to interest. And once you're interested you read on.

So hopefully you did.

Now for the threesome

From there, I have the 2 bolded lines. Notice how both lines include 3 descriptive words - "...informative, entertaining and outlandish....................provocative, controversial and outrageous..."

I often use 3 words like that because the mind finds it very comfortable that way.

Consider this:

  • The water was cool, clear and refreshing.
  •
  • The water was cool and clear.

See how the 1st line rolls easier as you read it. And when a line is easy to read then it's more likely that the person will keep reading.

Which is why, hopefully, you are still here!

Read how good writers write and learn from their experience and expertise when you are writing your ads or direct mail letters. Every little bit helps.

Okay, finish reading now and get back to work ;-)

Have a good day.
